K AND T MODELS AND PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The agent K and T models and promotions
The client - Any company, business or person engaging the services of the
Agency to provide modelling or promotional services.
The Model - any person that is supplied to the client to provide photographic,
promotional or any other services that is agreed at the time of the booking.
The booking - any assignment that requires the services of a model provided by K and T models
and promotions.
Daily Rate / Hourly rate
Bookings are charged by the hour or by the half day or full day , or by an alternative agreement in
writing for a set fee for an event.
Location Bookings
When a location booking is made, the client must either provide or pay for transportation to and from
the assignment location , unless alternative arrangements are agreed by both parties.
Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled within one working day of the assignment , the full fee will still be charged .
For bookings that consist of more than one day 3 days notice has to be given otherwise full rate will be charged.
The Contract
All matters relating to any images or services supplied to the model must be agreed strictly with K and T
models and Promotions. The client is strictly forbidden to ask for any signature from the model on any
document or image without full permission of k and t models . The client is forbidden to work directly with
the model on any futher assignments all bookings must be made through k and t models and promotions.
Insurance
It is the clients full responsibility to insure a full risk assessment of the location/premises and the work
conditions. Any health or safety issues must be discussed with K and T models when the booking is made.
The client is responsible for all safety concerns during the full duration of the booking. (this includes travelling
to and from the assignment) every person involved with connection to the booking must be properly and fully
insured.The Agent is not responsible in any way if the model does not attend the booking. The client must
insure against any losses which may be suffered if the model does not keep a booking for ill health or any
other circumstances.
Bookings
Kandt models charge an hourly or overtime rate, all fee s are invoiced by k and t models . Any additional fee’s
have to be agreed at the time of the booking. The agent has the right to negotiate any other fee after the
booking is made.Additional fees are also payable for other services to be supplied by the model including public
relations and personal appearances.Fee s for these are negotiated case by case.
Overtime
Over time applies after a duration of 8 hours.
Invoicing / payments
Payment terms are strictly 14 days, from the date of the invoice unless stated differently.All payments for the
event will be received 14 days prior to the assignment taking place. The client agrees to supply complete and
correct billing information at the time of the booking.This includes a named contact to who the invoices should
be sent. If more than one model is booked a deposit of 20 % is required 14 days prior to the event.Any late
payments result in the booking being cancelled.The client agrees strictly to the payment terms agreed by
K and T models and promotions.
Food and Drink
Clients are responsible for providing models with meals , refreshments and soft drinks for any bookings of 3 hours
or more .
